How does PayTo work?
Powerful payment agreements
Once a customer chooses PayTo at checkout, they set up a simple payment agreement. This involves entering their PayID (usually their mobile number or email address) or their BSB and account number.
Instant authorisation
More control, fewer failures
The agreement is approved within the customer’s online banking environment, where the payment itself is completed – instantly. While the customer benefits from complete control, the business they’re paying can rest assured that failed transactions are less likely.
